Service Description
This series offers an opportunity to refocus our awareness of self and reconnect with our deepest wisdom, our own breath. Working with breath awareness as our sole goal, this class is an invitation to slow down and lighten up in our expectations for our clients and ourselves, stepping back to allow deeper wisdom to guide us. Together we will learn simple breathing techniques to practice for ourselves and with our clients. 7 CE hours

Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: Should you need to cancel your workshop attendance 14 or more days before the scheduled class will receive a 100% refund. This can also be applied to another upcoming course if possible. Partial Refund: A cancellation made between 13 days and 48 hours before the class will receive a 50% refund. No Refund: A cancellation made less than 48 hours before the class is non-refundable.
